The hotel staff proved very helpful. George and Stelios stood out, ensuring all our needs were met. The main pool and kids pool were enjoyable (especially the slides!).

The layout of the resort caused some frustration. The beach offers limited sunbeds, causing some issues for families.

Excellent Stay with Nice Details

fresh hotel swim-up pool kid activity convenient bus

The hotel looked new. The rooms were fresh. I enjoyed the swim-up pool attached to our room. I found many different pools across the premises. The staff provided help. The hotel offered many activities for kids. I found the food was great. A bus stop was right outside the resort. This made it easy to explore Rhodes.

I noticed the gym lacked air conditioning. The temperature made workouts uncomfortable. This made me shorten my exercise sessions. I hope they address it soon.

Service

10/10

The staff was friendly and eager to assist with requests. They responded quickly to inquiries at the front desk. The service significantly enhanced my overall experience.

repetitive food limited menu

The food was repetitive and not always hot enough. i noticed the same dishes appearing several nights in a row. the room service menu was limited. I wished for more variety. drinks often tasted watered down. I also found the ice machine near my room out of service for two days.
